Please note that access to Machu Picchu is LIMITED to 5000 tickets per day. It is recommended to book at least three months in advance, especially during the high season from April to October.
The ticket to Machu Picchu is UNIQUE. Once your ticket is registered with your name, it is valid only for the designated circuit, date and time specified. Please note that the ticket to Machu Picchu is non-transferable and non-refundable.
We guarantee you a full access ticket to Machu Picchu (circuit 2), and an additional ticket for the ascent of Huayna Picchu mountain (circuit 3) as long as you book well in advance. We recommend you contact us to check availability before making your reservation.
The train service offered includes options such as Inca Rail's Voyager or Peru Rail's Expedition. If you wish to elevate your experience, you can upgrade to the exclusive Panoramic wagon.

This car offers luxurious sofa-style seating, large windows for uninterrupted views, live music, and a selection of beverages on board. It also features a beautiful open balcony for you to capture memorable photographs. This service upgrade can be made at the time of booking.

- Changes ARE NOT VALID for the entrance ticket to MACHU PICCHU, therefore, if the client decides to change the date of the activity, he/she must purchase another entrance ticket to Machu Picchu which will be subject to availability.

- Cancellations requested 4 days before the day of the activity receive a partial refund of 70%.
- Cancellations requested within 3 days prior to the day of the activity are non-refundable.
- Cancellations requested for any reason, beyond the responsibility of the company or the client (strikes, social conflicts, natural disasters, etc.) are refundable, however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation.
