You can add the accommodation at the time of booking. You also have the option to book the accommodation on your own.
Please note that access to Machu Picchu is LIMITED to 5000 tickets per day. It is recommended to book at least three months in advance, especially during the high season from April to October.
The ticket to Machu Picchu is UNIQUE. Once your ticket is registered with your name, it is valid only for the designated circuit, date and time specified. Please note that the ticket to Machu Picchu is non-transferable and non-refundable.
We guarantee you a full access ticket to Machu Picchu (Circuit 2), as long as you book well in advance. We recommend you contact us to check availability before making your reservation.
The train service offered includes options such as Inca Rail's Voyager or Peru Rail's Expedition. If you wish to elevate your experience, you can upgrade to the exclusive Panoramic car.
PANORAMIC SERVICE
This car offers luxurious sofa-style seating, large windows for uninterrupted views, live music, and a selection of beverages on board. It also features a beautiful open balcony for you to capture memorable photographs. This service upgrade can be made at the time of booking.

There is a discount of up to 15% on the package price if you meet the following conditions:
○ Foreign students: With the original student ID issued by the university up to 25 years of age, containing the following information: university data, personal data of the student, photo of the student and a validity date of no more than one year in relation to the date of the visit to Machu Picchu.
○ Children: From 3 to 17 years of age, the student rate is considered.
○ Infant: From 0 to 2 years old, free admission.
○ Foreign students: With the original student ID issued by the university up to 25 years of age, containing the following information: university data, personal data of the student, photo of the student and a validity date of no more than one year in relation to the date of the visit to Machu Picchu.

- Will be accepted only 5 days before the activity and is subject to availability especially in high season.
- Changes ARE NOT VALID for the entrance ticket to MACHU PICCHU, therefore, if the client decides to change the date of the activity, he/she must purchase another entrance ticket to Machu Picchu which will be subject to availability.
► CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Cancellations requested 4 days before the day of the activity receive a partial refund of 70%.
- Cancellations requested within 3 days prior to the day of the activity are non-refundable.
- Cancellations requested for any reason, beyond the responsibility of the company or the client (strikes, social conflicts, natural disasters, etc.) are refundable, however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation.
